One simple piece of advice to Chelsea management is don't play your right back as left back. I don't care if he's captain and James deserves to play.

I’m not sure what makes you say James deserves to play, his a fan favourite but hasn’t been any better than anyone else last two games,

Azpi is far more solid at right back than James, James is very poor defensively. Azpi might not be the quickest, but he's still our best Right back imo.
James has all the potential, but he just doesn't seem awake to danger most of the time.

He has been average so far since coming back from injury but there’s signs he is improving.

You won't be able to compare many right backs defensively to Azpi.
However, I did see a lot of potential in James and I still do. I still remember how he had marked Zaha out the game 1st time around.
The injury and the lockdown break has had an affect on him because he seems slow and doesn't seem alert to danger. I think its best that we complete the season without him. Next year you will see the real RJ hopefully.

Yes RJ has looked slower, less focused and more likely to make mistakes in recent games but may be beginning to improve a bit. But does seem to be a pity that Dave has to play out of position as Alonso seems as too slow when we play 4 at the back and Emerson not great defensively/ not trusted to be. Expect we will play a back 4 again tonight, but may be a case for back 5 against LFC away and even Wolves in final match (worked well for us at their place) .

On current form I still believe James to be the better option than starting either Alonso or Emerson.
He's definitely off the pace, but I certainly don't think he's our weakest defensive link - and he still has one of the best deliveries in the team.

The biggest concern last night was not the selection but the formation. Why play five at the back against a 10 man defensive Huddersfield? Let me make that an 11 man defense. Hazard on in place of Zappacosta from the start. Baffling.

Conte only knows one way of setting up, last season took people by surprise and we benefitted, this year we have been predictable, and all those 1-0 that costa got us we haven’t had this year, no spark up top mate or match winners.
