Someone has suggested that if two of the PL teams left the ESL Group then it would represent the 75% majority which would allow the exclusion of the other four teams.
I have no idea if this is true but if so let's hope Chelsea are one of them.

I think he is implying that the PL need a 75% majority vote to kick out any of the "super 6" and is therefore hoping that Chelsea are one of the two clubs "to turn" to get that 75% majority.
