Fingers crossed this is true and it would be a massive improvement on our spine to get a proper DM there or even CB. I'm just hoping we can get rid of Jorgi permanently instead of a loan with obligation. I'd let him go for 30m. Think Marina is asking too much money for the players that are on the way out. For example I think she wants 35m towards Bakayoko. I'd accept 20m and get him off the books just to put it towards the transfer kitty. Michy as well I'd sell for 15m and for Christensen and Rudiger I'd be over the moon with 20m especially Rudiger.

I think Marina will do the best she can for the club.

Agree with you there. When I see fans asking 30m for Alonso and Emerson I just laugh because us fans watch them every week and know how limited they are. I’d take 15m for each of them and just cut ties and move on. We’ve got to be realistic. Marina has done a great job with signings this summer but with the C.V. I think she needs to lower her expects on outgoings and not ask for silly fees.

After Marina got what she did for Eden, I will no longer tell her what she should and shouldn’t do. That said I would be fine getting rid of Jorginho without replacing him.

Marina seems to be pretty good at getting good value when it comes to selling from what I recall. So IF she thought she could get £200m for Jorginho I’d be happy to go with her opinion. Obviously that’s not anything near realistic but I feel that overall we seem to be a decent/ good club to negotiate with, especially in regards to allowing players who want to leave.
