Seen a lot of critical comments about Hudson-Odoi.

He is off form, but when he got on the ball vs. Southampton he had absolutely nothing in the way of support and was often very isolated. For Southampton's first goal he was surrounded by the opposition and, rather than offer him a simple out ball, Emerson just ran past him.

There seems to be the feeling that Hudson-Odoi's the footballing second coming, and should just glide past three or four defenders every time he gets on the ball. It's the type of immature opinion that leads to stupid things being put on twitter etc.

Good post j need to get behind him because I’m certain he’ll turn out to be a top player.

To be honest J, having been at the Bridge for the Southampton game it wasn’t just CHO loosing possession and it leading to their first goal that was the major problem. It was his overall play and in particular his timid challenges. As I posted at half time I could only see him being subbed.

We have to keep remembering he is coming back from a nasty injury and in game terms he is still a baby.

The type criticism he has received on all types of social media has been disgusting. I’m not sure why so called supporters give there own players such destructive abuse. All very sad.
