is there any word as to the plan for what to do with Alvaro Morata? It seems like the ban might remain in place and the one striker we were linked with, Jovic, went to Madrid instead. I remember the loan with Atletico had to be extended by them by paying a fee for the upcoming 12 months and it seems like Griezmann is leaving but I haven't heard anything about them picking up this or the permanent option available to them in the loan agreement. While he's been posturing for the move I can't help but feel he's the best striker we presently have on our books and with the Euro's coming up will be motivated to have a good year and make Spain's squad.

He needs to be sold. Terrible attitude and has said some ridiculous things in interviews back in Spain.

I read of some good comments that Lampard made about Morata. If it's possible that Chelsea can have him back from Athletico Madrid (and if he's willing to return to the club), I think Lampard will like to use him. Besides, we need every good and experienced player from everywhere playing for us if we are to survive this ban. This isn't the time to discriminate.
