The problem is we have bought players for systems then sacked the guy that implemented the system we have so many players that fit other managers ways
So I think get to end of year with a solid system that suits most of the team now 4231
Then in summer take it from there with a few extra sarri type players
So if sarri gets sacked we have jorginho on a 3 year deal that would more than likely sit on bench rest of his time here
The big problem is central defence and centre midfield barkley kovacic and Loftus cheek not good enough for that position or system 433 so get kante in a two in front of the madness of rudiger and Luiz and extra support for Jorge boy everyone is a winner keep the front 3 and rotate the 10 between barley rlc there better there for now there not box to box midfielders

Loftus-Cheek not good enough? WOW! Been our best player at LCM yet Sarri doesn’t start him.

Been our best LCM but played as winger and on bench mostly, can’t get ahead of kovecic or Barkley but apparently his been our best in that position. Maybe because the only times his really played there was on Thursday nights v part time builders and taxi drivers who play in Europa league, to say he deserves a chance. yes, is he a good player. Yes, is he a great player. nowhere near. I’ll ssy it for thousandth time, one of those 3 are good enough for that LCM,

I don’t see Sarri changing formation just to get through the season. It’ll be counterproductive and just confuse the players and they’ll just have to start over again in the summer. I do think he does need a plan B though as simply changing the players but keeping the same system when we’re chasing a game isn’t working.
