I'm just wondering how many more of these posts perhaps even "comments" on how everyone is going on about Conte leaving; from players and fans a like.

Where do I start, firstly, I would like to make it clear that I am not in any way saying Conte is blame free as far as I'm concerned the only person that is blame free associated with the club this year is Kante, everyone else should be ashamed jumping on the bandwagon of how we don't have enough quality in the team, don't get me wrong once again, cause I agree but to actually hear our players suggest that's the reason why "they" were poor this season is embarasing,

So it's pratically everyone's fault but theirs, come on now, and though we fans can point our fingers at Conte, or the board or one or two or three of the players ( Obviously more ) but for one of the players who actually get to kick the ball to suggest that they are not at fault is embarrasing. For any fan to accept that as a reason is shameful perhaps more than ever it says one thing that we should get used to this, one season we play well and the next we struggle because the manager this, the manager that, it's a joke and unprofessional from our players.

I was glad last night that we won the FA cup, our season wasn't great putting it lightly, little positives, I respect fans who always look for one and understand thse who take it hard, I always like to think of myself as a realist in most things especially for things I'm passionate about, I didn't think wewould win the league, top four yeah why not, I mean more than half that squad just won the league 12 months ago so why is it that only one of the turned up in most important games this season and he's the one not making demands and running his mouth, I understand that the players aren't happy about the season without doubt we all want to see some sort of ambition from the board, but do you know what I would love to see aswell, I would sure as hell love to see our players put in a shift like Didier used to do, like Lamps, JT, Ashley, Essien like Petr used to. I want them to come out and raise their hands up and say" WE WEREN'T GOOD ENOUGH", not making damn demands like pre madonnas, we get to complain, not them at least not in the open like they're doing cause I don't know how most of you see it I for one I'm embarrassed.

That’s a really good post, you lot are effectively blaming the Manager whilst our lot seem to be balaming our players.

I think your players have too much influence and Roman listens to them too much. They downed tools for Jose before he was sacked and there is clearly unrest against Conte now. He doesn’t always he, p himself but I think his treatment has been pretty shabby.

That’s basically our issue. The players will play well for a new manager, but as soon as they’re bored of him they’ll down tools and get the guy sacked. The board have to make a decision whether they let this continue or they back the manager. Problem is whether Conte is the man to back or not.
