I know statistics don’t paint the whole picture but was reading an article on Slysports about Karius and Courtois’ statistics are rather average overall. IF Real cough up enough money and if we could get either Oblak or Alisson, I personally wouldn’t mind letting Courtois go.

I've said this a few times but i personally don't think he's ever really improved from his Athletico days. He's class on his day but in others he just looks ordinary and concedes easy goals. I wouldn't be too upset to see him leave but i fear we would end up getting someone like Hart as a replacement and really downgrade. Someone like Butland or Oblak as a replacement and i wouldn't mind him leaving. We all know he's going back to spain sooner or later with his family living there so if we can sell him for big money i wouldn't really be against it.

After his loan spell where there many who actually felt he 'wanted' to return to Chelsea? Throw in a wife and children living elsewhere and communicating via Facetime and telephone is not the life many would want and I cannot see him remaining. He is an excellent keeper but to me not as good as some believe he is and his infuriating play from defence where he causes more issues than we should have is both dangerous and unnecessary. In his prime Cech was better in my opinion.

Cech was different class. I don’t feel great about Courtois anyway I don’t love him the way I love Hazard. Hazard is Chelsea! But we do need to get Oblak I’m not keen on Butland.

You guys really underrate Courtouis, he is definatelly a top keeper. Anyway if he was to leave I would take oblak in a heartbeat.
