Matt and the rest of the supporters who do you think will be the best realistic replacement for Hazard when does decide to go elsewhere? I think this is something that the club has to address at some stage. Hoping he doesn't go but if he is, he would surely be missed.

Dybala would be amazing if slightly unrealistic. Loads of stories doing the rounds about Dembele not fitting in at Barca, he'd also be amazing but, even if true, they overpaid and would want to recoup as much of that as possible.

In addition to that, Im not actually sure if there is a realistic like for like replacement for Hazard.

Dybala is the one, depending on who is in charge, can play wide and Up with / behind a striker, score from distance and creative, real issue is adding quality not replacing it, hazard has poor game we don’t have many other players with that magic and if he left and for example dybala replaces him again it’s one player with that magic, we really need to keep hazard, add a player(s) in mound of dybala an Isco. or asensio maybe, players like hazard won’t want to stay when we are only adding mediocre players,

I agree, Hazard should be the piece we build around, not replace. Him playing off a strike partnership of Dybala and Morata would be down right scary for opposition defences.

I think the best way forward for Chelsea is to add two or three players who are in or around the world class bracket to what we already have. Once we do that we can bolster and improve the squad with youth. Ampadou and Hudson-Odoi, for instance, don't need loans and, in my opinion, can compete as squad players already.
