Hey ed002, I was wondering who your top 3 players are that have played the game? Cheers mate.

{Ed002's Note - "Top" is a subjective word of course Standard and it is hard to compare the players from different eras (e.g. could you sensibly compare Jimmy Greaves against Diego Costa as centre forwards - or would "Messi" be closer to the top than Beckenbauer?). As such, I could see an argument for Messi, Platini and Di Stefano - but I could equally see an argument for Ronaldinho, Yashin and Garincha, but that would be leaving out Pele, Gullit and Socrates.

So I will plump for Ronaldinho, Garincha and Messi - but if you ask again tomorrow the answer will likely be different.}

{Ed001's Note - Maradona without a doubt the best I have ever seen. The other 2 I am in the same position as Ed002 and it could be any of a whole slew of players. Right now I would go with Puskas, after watching what footage I could and reading about what he did researching the article on him, I am in awe. The other would be Ronaldo, the real one from Brazil.}

Interesting, I did read that article on Puskas and was amazed he had scored so many goals.
