Spot on Ed001.I think Van Dijk will be a awesome Cb if he can get the manager who can kick him up the backside and improve his tracking back.

{Ed001's Note - I don't know if that is possible with a player like van Dijk. Some people are just laidback by nature and nothing anyone says or does will change it.}

Have the same problem with Ruben imo, has the attributes to be a class player for Chelsea but seems to refuse to do the dirty work. Seems very passive without the ball and is only interested in going forward.

Thats sad! One would imagine that if its your life to play ball that you would do everything possible to improve if you can and getting payd good money to do so.
