Ok ed001 ill ask you straight then.
In your opinion do you think jose will end up there not? Like i said your "opinion" cheers ed.

{Ed001's Note - in my opinion, yes he will. He wants the job, they are reconsidering LVG due to the fans attitude with Jose defo being in contention as one of the first choice options. The only question really is whether he will still be on the market by the time they make the change. Potentially Real Madrid and Juventus could move for a new manager in the near future, off the top of my head. I mean summer by near future by the way, which is likely to be when any change at United would take place.}

Personally over the whole Mourinho thing, in any work place it is the managers job to get the best out of his/ her employees. In my experience as both a worker and manager the best way to achieve this is to treat your staff with dignity and respect and create a happy and thus positive working environment. He obviously did not achieve this at Chelsea this season. A good manager is never seen or heard. Mournho wants to be the biggest name/ ego in the dressing room, in this modern day football world this does no work. He needed/ needs to adapt and ego, I don't think he will/ can.
