I have chosen these as the best under 25 players in our squad, I may have missed a few though, but I don't see any other team in world football with a better project in world football, and reports are were going to add Luke shaw and a top class striker under 25 years old and we will seriously be 1 off if not the bestin Europe within the next 3 seasons, that is why I think mourinho is not so much writing this season off, but I think he's saying get together finish top 4 for the progress of the team, grow together mould together with mourinho at the helm and within 3 years start a 10 year dominance, this is the most excited I've ever been as a chelsea supporter I can most definitely see the bigger picture, any cups or prem win this season is a bonus and slightly ahead of schedule!

I agree in time It wouldn't surprise me if 75% moved on and the best of the best we're left, but that's not a bad thing either as we may receive small fees for them, and get there contract of our books for ffp, the point I was making was to my knowledge there's not a team in the world with the amout of quality youngsters we have on our books ATM, we can only speculate how it will turn out at this stage, but I'm an optimist and believe a few will be world class and have long and fruitfull careers at chelsea fc

I would only get rid of Marin, even though looked a big talent, and to be fair when fit is a good player, but again injury stricken career. Bertrand because pva looks so good, and probably shaw coming in. Also Moses, never rated him good enough for us.
