Marcos Alonso (LB) will likely move in the summer

Lewis Baker (CM) FD will not take up their option and Chelsea will look to get what they can for him.
Ross Barkley (CM/AM) has had his head down for a couple of years but is playing up now - Chelsea will look to move him on with RLC near fitness (although may never be able to play a full match)
Nathan (LW/AM) contract extension and another year at Atletico Mineiro
Izzy Brown (AM/F) not happening for him - will be available
Victor Moses (RW) available in the summer after a loan to Fenebace and Inter.Pedro (RW)

Interesting to read on Van Ginkel that the club would like to keep him. Do they still believe he can get back to the level of playing in the Premier League and in Europe?

I've got a lot of respect for the guy. He's been one of the unluckiest players in recent times with all his injuries. The future looked so bright for him when he started all those years ago at Chelsea under Jose. And yet with all his rotten injury luck he just keeps on working to get back. Kudos to him and I wish him nothing but the best.

{Ed002's Note - He is training and they are considering the way forward contract wise.}

Thanks Ed that's a lot of players potentially leaving
Is Ross in party mode I take it some people never learn
Shame to see a lot of them going as there was high hopes but I suppose it happens at every club and level
I remember piazon arriving I though he was going to be the next Messi how wrong was I.

That's happened quite a lot of times Gianfranco, at least where I've thought of some of the players that we've bought that they would be absolute super stars. Kenedy, Nathan and MvG for instance. Shame how none of these players worked out. I think that Kenedy had something really special, but it didn't exactly help him that some of our managers for some reason insisted on using him as a left back. I actually thought before this season, that he would stay with us and become a very nice option off the bench. Guess I was wrong :)
Ed02 you have mentioned a few times that Gallagher might be part of Chelsea's squad next season. Do you know if that is still the plan? Or will it be assessed after this season and based on Swansea's results? :) I hope you understand what I mean :)

{Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed.}

Ed02 you said that RLC might never be able to play a full match again could you shed some light on what went wrong with his surgery and subsequent recovery.

{Ed002's Note - It is unrelated to his recent issues. He has had a long term back problem.}

Blulion, for as long as I can remember RLC's been having problems staying fit for an extended stretch. As Ed said he's had ongoing back problems ever since he was like 16 or 17 I think.

It's a real shame as when he's fit there are few midfielders as good as he is in attack. His combination of technique and strength is quite rare, and I'm fairly confident he would've been one of the best CMs in world football if not for his back problems. I just hope he can get fit enough to be a solid rotation player for us.
Our last season under Sarri changed when Ruben began starting matches. His impact on our attacking play was remarkable. Such a shame he had to suffer about the worst injury a player can suffer.

Oh I didn't advert my mind to that niggling back problem. Sorry to bother you though Ed002.

Thanks a lot Ed for the amazing list. I am surprised to not see any interest in Jorginho and Emerson.

Thanks again Ed.

I nearly fell of my chair when reading Blackman is 26.

shame about Izzy Brown, I really though he would be a top striker.
