{Ed002's Note - I am not going to get in to that, particularly when one is employed by another side - it will lead to the Chelsea fans trashing people they know nothing about again. It has taken a long time as the club want the right person and the first person offered the job was not interested.}

I am just delighted that they are being so diligent .
But the sooner we have a senior football person involved in our transfer policy the better .
