Who would everyone's realistic ins and outs for the summer then? I don't want Ampadu in midfield he's a CB and I think he needs a loan. Christensen has quality but unsure on his mentality at top level. We lack left footers I'd like Romagnoli he's a leader at Milan, quality on the ball and a danger at set pieces.

For LB obviously a start would be to play Emerson over Alonso. Alonso just doesn't cut it in a back four. Chilwell would be a great option and homegrown.

As for CM I think Kovacic could be a great understudy to Jorginho. Drinkwater, Barkley, Van Ginkel and Pasalic should be moved on. Mount I don't think is as good as people make out. I rate RLC highly as our LCM but his back issues are a big problem and you need two quality players if we're in champions league. Sarri has previously spoke of Aouar highly he's going to be brilliant that lad. He's the creativity we need.

I think Hazard will leave if he does Pulisic isn't good enough to replace him but then again who is? We have been crying out for a left footed right winger for years. Pepe would be the best option he seems to know where the net is too. I think Hudson-Odoi will stay we just need to put faith in him. I'm hoping we move Willian on. It would be massively different without Eden but if we have Hudson-Odoi, Pepe, Pulisic and Pedro as our wingers next year I'd be happy. I think CHO is going to be brilliant. I think them 4 signings are realistic also they're not superstars but at least two will be and we wouldn't be paying over 60 million for any. We could make about 200 million of outgoings with the ones I've listed. I know it's not FIFA but I'm hopeful of something similar

In's:

Pepe
Aouar
Romagnoli
Chilwell
James (Back From Loan)

Out On Loan:

Ampadu
Mount
Abraham

Out's:

Zappacosta
Cahill
Alonso
Drinkwater
Bakayoko
Van Ginkel
Moses (Permanently)
Willian

Your missing a striker there?

Have to say if we sell Hazard and Willian and our replacement is Pepe, that is VERY risky. Maybe Pepe and invest in a top forward in addition but not just Pepe, surely?

Would like a new striker but who? Icardi looks set to stay. I’d take a gamble on Luka Jovic, I don’t know who else there is. Most of the old breed are ageing Suarez, Cavani, Lewandowski etc. The younger ones don’t strike me as great either apart from maybe Jovic.

Why do we want to move Ampadu on loan? I don’t mind loaning some players but it’s nof something that should be for every player. Other top clubs don’t need to do it we jus need to integrate him in.

Honestly we need a Summer Clearance Sale. Wishful thinking but here are my preferences (depends on the transfer ban too) :-

Outs : Willy, Zouma, Bakayoko, Morata, Moses, Cahill, Drinkwater, Kova, Willian, Pedro, Giroud, Zappa, Bats, Kennedy (plus many other loan players) - Ideally keep one of CHO/ Hazard

Chalobah (out on loan), Sterling (out on loan)

Ins: One of (Barella/ Aouar/ Fekir/ Tonali), Maxi Lopez/ Jovic, Bailey/ Pepe/ Lozano, Pulisic (done), Reece (returning), Tammy (returning), Mason (returning) . may be I am missing one of two. but these are my choices for now.

It’s okay if we’re going to integrate him but I don’t think Sarri will. He’s not a Regista he’s a CB for me and if he’s not starting there’s no point him stagnating.

Let’s get this season done first IMO and then see where we go from there. Think we have a better chance of keeping Eden if we are in the champions League and also CHO.

1. Real will want £50m plus for Kovatic - are we really going to pay that for a 'back-up' for Jorginho?
2. Ampudu looks the real deal when he plays midfield for Wales - why loan him? Play him!
3. Even if Higuain stays, we still need another top class striker - if CHO insists on leaving, I wouldn't mind Lewandowski in exchange - a couple of seasons of Higuain / Lewandowski will do me (Icardi was never going to come to Chelsea) .
4. Chilwell would be expensive and I can't see that he's better than Emerson.
5. I don't think Romagnoli will be allowed to leave and I would much prefer Koulibaly anyway.
6. Bakayoko is now getting rave reviews week-on-week in Italy and has been nicknamed 'the Beast' - I think we should give him another chance.

Mrs costa there’s far more chance of Romagnoli leaving than Koulibaly 🙄.

CahelseaRanger, how do you come to that conclusion? Romagnoli was made Milan's team and club captain at the beginning of this season. He is now established at both club and international levels. He is under contract until 2022. Although Koulibaly signed a new contract until 2023, he has consistently said that he would be open to a move to Spain or England. He has worked with Sarri at Napoli and has talked of his high-regard for Sarri. Yes, we would have to throw big bucks at Napoli to persuade them but we knew it would be costly anyway.
