Judging by his interview just then on BBC it looks like CHO is leaving. He couldn’t help but smile when asked about whether he’d spoken with Bayern and didn’t want to say anything about his future. Real shame as he played well today.

Agreed RVD. Such a shame as well because I do think he'd make it at Chelsea if he stayed. But as you say he smiled as soon as bayern were mentioned.
I was surprised to see him play though if it is true about him putting a transfer request in.
If we refuse to sell him, hopefully he'll be given more starts in the 2nd half of season and change his mind about signing a new contract. That's my having wishful thinking anyway.

Don’t think it was a case of him being allowed to do one or not. BBC cornered him and Willian as goalscorers on the pitch to talk about the game and then they asked him about his future.
I’d like to see that happen too King Drogba, I think he’s young and probably naive enough to change his mind constantly.

According to the BBC website, CHO has been told he will not be sold.

Hopefully, Sarri will give him a lot more starts, especially in the premiership, nd that will persuade him to sign a new contract.

I don’t think anyone would Ed but I don’t think it’s as cut and dry as that. Willian and Pedro have both been poor this season by and large and yet we’re 4th by 3 points.

No I wouldn’t Ed002 but do you not think we could have given CHO more oppurtunities? There’s been plenty of times where Willian/ Pedro have been poor and we needed spark yet a midfielder came on. He’s a good option and we haven’t been able to see if he’s really good enough yet. Sterling at Liverpool got his chance and look what he did with it. Give CHO half a season with more game time (not outright starter) and we’ll reap the rewards I’m sure of it.

Maybe there's something you know that I don't know that you aren't telling cos you always know something that we don't know. I agree with you- no kowtowing to a child but Chelsea is a service oriented profit-making organization, so the (service- which is football; and money) that Hudson Odoi can bring in should be topmost in our minds.
Truly no kowtowing to anybody but talking and negotiating is very much allowed- for me.

Judging from all you have said Ed002, why haven't the Chelsea sold him way before if clearly someone feels that he is or could be holding the club to ransome? Why didn't the club sell him in the summer or in this winter transfer window- what's causing the delay?
