Have faith guys. We will turn this around. Need a good transfer window now. It is very important.

Its clear the players ain't playing to Sarri's philosophy yet. He was shouting at them to press but obviously they weren't doing it.

Stay positive.

He needs to find a way to add some spine into the team. Without RLC, I don't know where that comes from? Barkley instead of Kovacic? CHO instead of Pedro / Willian? Ampadu in midfield?

At the moment, the only two players with some Welly are Luiz and Rudi. Even Hazard just looks frustrated, but he's not yelling at team mates and leading.

Hopefully Higuain can help the cause, even if it's just his experience and winner's mentality.

Thank goodness, besides Sarri being so predictable, Sarri himself has started seeing that the players are difficult to motivate (which is his fault- not the players) . If I may ask why will the players go out of their skin to play when they know Sarri will stick with them even when they aren't putting in good performances- my point is Alonso will keep playing like rubbish cos Sarri will never start Emerson; Jorginho feels he doesn't have a replacement and clearly has no room for improvement; Willian knows he will definitely start no matter of how bad he plays (meanwhile there's a Hudson Odoi that could be more productive in some days) . Sarri's way of sticking with one player forever even when their back-ups are doing better makes no sense. There's no competition in the team.

It will all change guys, patience needed even though its gone and wearing thin with many on here. Sarri is obviously frustrated and so are many fans are too.

However, new additions will help the spine of the team because these are all sarri's requests. The board are backing the manager which is great.

I think its fair to criticise the manager with his team selection and late substitutions yestersay but wanting him out so soon is overkill. He needs a proper chance with new signings. If he wanted the team to play like they did yesterday then he doesn't get so angry after the match. Even duting the match he was exploding at our players not pressing.

The players we have are very hard to motivate and i do agree with him here. Afterall these players have a tendency perform when they want. Look at our stats, we finish 1st, then 10th, then 1st, then 5th and now 4th after starting so brilliantly. Same core of players who are aging too. Also remember we don't have a proper striker.

Yes i agree i with frustrations of CHO and Emerson not playing but obviously Sarri doesn't seem to trust them. RLC is being missed so much.

Sarri is a quality manager, he has proven that at Napoli. I have faith that with new addtions we will see the Chelsea that we all want to, attcaking and fluid. However, if we don't after sometime and a fair chance then yes its fair to want a change. But calling for sack now is silly, we are known as the club who don't back their manager and that stigma must go if we are to fix the mentalities of the players.

CFCShak, I really do respect your opinion a a lot but Sarri is so stubborn, stereotyped and predictable; these are undesirable and unproductive traits in the EPL. The is the league that doesn't give gifts, the league where the best managers are reduced to nothing. At the moment all we can do is pray cos one can't bank on Higuain.
Besides all the Sarri talk, the Chelsea board should strengthened themselves to spend big cos a lot of our players are past their good days esp if the club wants to win laurels.

If sarris sticks with 1 player for every position how do you the others are playing better makes no sense.

ADL said same thing about Sarri- not wanting to rotate and sticking with one player for one position (ignoring backups), and I think he was right. I feel it wouldn't have been much of a problem if Sarri is sticking with an exceptional group of players that are young like in Liverpool or Mancity. My point is what will our fate (future) be like as Pedro and Willian (who are in their 30s) are the ones Sarri's decided to stick with, then think of how good they will be next season in a fast league like the EPL as their age increases? Now imagine how good Mancity or liverpool's core players like Sane, Sterling, Salah (in their early 20s) etc will be next season as they grow into their prime- This is part of the reason why the club needs to start thinking of spending on younger exceptional players (or start giving players like Hudson Odoi and Ampadu a big chance to play) . At this rate, I pray it doesn't take us another 3 years before we win the league again.
