I would just trigger the release clause for icardi because let’s be honest it’s nkt even that much in today’s game and he will solve our problems straight away.
As for willian, I’d take whatever we can get! If the offer is £50m and Malcom, I’d take it any day and let Pedro contract run out.

Our wingers would be hazard Malcom CHO (hopefully we get CHO on a new contract I still have hope)
Cahill will probably leave and everyone know so would love Koulibaly but very unlikely so I’m not sure to look for.
Barella looks good but if we sign him the surely puts an end to RLC or Ampadus chances?

But if also sell Barkley as he’s only an average player - sign Barella instead
Personally I’d want to look for an attack minded midfielder as our midfield don’t create anything. Isco seems available and if that means not signing Kovacic permanently then so be it (although I really like him)

Finally let Zappa leave and I’d give Reece James the spot and rotate him in Europa and league cups and if he performs well play him against the lower teams in the league although that’ll probably never happen.

Icardi will NOT come to the Premiership - he already has offers from Real, Barcelona and PSG - but more than likely his agent is just after a better deal from Inter.
