Barella looks good but surely that means the end of RLC or Ampadu unfortunately.

Barella can play across the entire midfield so i wouldn't think so. It'd likely mean we won't sign Kovacic permanently and maybe we'd look to offload Barkley instead. Personally i would love to see Ampadu in the Midfield and be Jorginho's backup since he's great with the ball under pressure and can pick out a pass. He's also staying since Cahill is of but i don't think Sarri will use him there. He certainly has certain attributes to be a useful player in that position.

Matt Law is saying that Chelsea have agreed deals in principle for Barella and Parades but the club is considering whom the best replacement for Fabregas will be or if there is any need for a replacement at all. Also the bringing in of Kovacic is also being looked at.
