Sarri, like Conte before him, is a 1 trick pony - and his 1 tactic has been sussed already. Sarri has won nothing, not 1 trophy in football. Sarri has turned the best defensive midfielder in the World into a mediocre attacking midfielder. And he continually picks his nose!

Sack a coach that is basically using another 3 to 4 coaches players?

Get a grip, seriously!

For years, all of us have been crying out for continuity with a coach/ manager and, you now want to sack a manager who hasn't had 1 full window to shape a team.

I see in the reply to my post neither of the responders have addressed the problems with Sarri. Why does he persist with Kante as an attacking midfielder? Why do we never have any other body in the box except Morata or Giroud? Why does Sarri persist with a left-back who can't defend? Why are we about to lose one of the most exciting young players to have come through the youth system because Sarri would rather stick with Willian?

Why can't or won't Sarri alter the system during play when it is obviously failing? Why do we have 70%+ possession but create so few chances? Why does Sarri remind me of Scolari? Why did we employ a manager who has won naught in his career? And, why does Sarri continually pick his nose?
If he's not good enough - get rid. He's not good enough.

{Ed0333's Note - not sure why your post wasn’t published mate apologies for that. more Pertinently I’m gonna be watching sarri pick his nose every time I watch Chelsea play. I suppose it’s a damn site more interesting than watching morata tho.
