Reports that we're going to trigger Oblak's release clause. If there is any truth to this, he would be an upgrade on Courtois imo. Fantastic keeper!

Spanish sources are linking Chelsea with Kepa A. of Athletico Bilbao (his release clause is said to be €80m) . Oblak deal looks very unlikely cos reports are saying he wants to stay and sign a new deal with Athletico Madrid.

No way will we spend the money required for those two . Butland at around £20m more our level these days.

Goal keeping position is one position that any ambitious club shouldn't have to pinch or mice money on (you gamble on it) . If the top goal keepers like Oblak, Kepa etc. can be available, PLEASE CHELSEA, SPEND THE MONEY NOW or we might regret it now and in future (ask Liverpool of their experience) . I don't support buying a half baked goal keeper. If we can't get the top goal keepers, I would rather prefer we use Baulka this season. I don't support we go for Butland.
