I like alonso but maybe there are better options going forward, Moses was superb last year but this year is player we kept looking out.

I agree J. The two players you've mentioned have really hurt us this season defensively. I'm a bit old school so I believe whether you're playing with RWB's and LWB's or not those players on either side of our CB's must know how to defend, I think they were assisted by Kante and Matic last season. Now that Kante doesn't have a quality partner they've been exposed.

I actually think Moses receiving rave reviews for last season became almost a fashionable thing to say. He doesn't get many goals, hardly any assists and can't defend - all he does is work hard. Commendable, but we need more; his really poor seasons before made him look better last season than he really is.

I'm still excited to see what Emerson offers on the left, should definitely offer more creativity in the attacking third.
