Let's hope with Kante coming back will be a catalyst for us in defence against united. a lot has gone wrong this season, injuries, poor team selections and biggest of all, out of form players. Our entire defence has no confidence at all right now, mistakes happening left and right and they have no cover in front of them to help. Fab and Baka need a rest.

Neither of them are at 100% that's clear to see, Fabregas can't have an impact on the game because he has to chase back and defend, something he can't do well. Drinkwater and Kante needs to be our midfield pairing on Sunday or add Fab if you want a three man midfield. Going forward we're alright,

we created numerous chances in the first half and in my opinion a healthy Chelsea team could beat this Roma side easily. Just without Kante and no protection in midfield we look too open. On a bright side one win needed and we qualify, a lot of people saying how we would get thrashed by bigger teams. personally if we're helathy we can give every team in the competition a real game.

i don't know why conte started 2 in midfield when roma had. three powerful centre mids, especially starting Fab.
should of matched them either 433 or 352.

Hopefully he'll need to sit out another game, reckon we'd beat you without him, guy is an absolute machine, could have done with Pogba aswell, we play so poorly without him.

Scholes, it all depends on how you set up. Without Pogba you do lack a little creativity going forward for sure, but you certainly have enough in that team to hurt us. You have pace in that team and we struggle with that especially when we have Azpi and Alonso as our wing backs. If Kante doesn't play and you set up to win, you'll win. If Jose sets up like he usually does away against a big team then maybe you might snatch a 1-0 or it'll be a dull draw imo. Just comes down to our team selection and your will to attack us but for sure you're favourites to win this game right now.
