it begins!

Everton have accepted a £75m bid for Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United, according to Sky sources.

Well if he's worth £75 million how much is costa worth?
Wonder if that means morata is our target again now.

Let's hope he joins them just so we can put this saga to bed once and for all.

Costa worth £22m according to Madrid. 🤣🤣🤣.

Not too bothered about lukaku, he divided opinion amongst our supporters. As far as he is concerned I think he made the right decision to join United (if it's true), he will be more suited to their style of play.
The costa position is difficult and we are in a terrible position because teams know conte doesn't want him. The best thing would be for conte and Costa to sit down and try and sort out their differences, so he can stay. If that is not possible then we have the choice to make him stay or sell to Madrid for a low price. What a pity conte sent that text message.

Lukaku to United? If thst means Morata is now more realistic, I know which one I'd prefer.

I still think we'll end up with Lukaku.

I'm undecided about him, but £75 is too much.

Belotti would be the obvious choice for me. (But that doesn't appear to be happening)

I agree with Sid, the best thing would be for Conte and Costa to sit down and sort out their differences now.

Morata will most probably join Manchester United and not Chelsea. When one is a loser has to accept it.

Conte might leave after this.

Florente as our main striker anyone?

Everton are denying it, apparently.

No I am not worried about either. They may as well have him for that price. But we need to find a worthy replacement and Morata is one of those.

Looks like were about to dodge a bullet with lukaku il happily take morata instead.

Who is florente.

Llorente's brother i think.

I hear from conte was never intrested in lukaku.

Watch Lukaku get the PL golden boot next season while firing United to the title. We really suck sometimes. Lukaku was practically begging us to sign him, yet we don't get it done and let United swoop in.
Now we'll end up with some unproven, middling talent like Moussa Dembele (who's probably not even better than Tammy Abraham) . This transfer window just sucks.

Good read on both Everton and United pages. Lukaku more closer to joint united then us - perhaps because we've yet to put a bid in! Also united still want and may get Morata. Matic to join them when Bakayoko signs.

If Lukaku to join Man utd is true then it seems we/ CFC board is really backing Conte.
Conte never interested to sign Lukaku as first choice striker. He wanted Morata last year and might be the same case this year.

Don't think anybody really knows to be honest. Conte wanted Lukaku at Juve before Morata arrived. I'd love Ed002 just to give us some sort of update🙏🙏.

Ed put on the Manchester United page that ideally Man U would like to sign BOTH Lukaku and Morata. If that happens arguably it's a bigger statement than signing pogba and they will be a serious force to be reckoned with in Europe and domestically. Hopefully we can tempt either one of them because they're both fantastic strikers that most agree will score bucket loads of goals in the premier league for many seasons to come.

Everyone needs some chill.

We won the league, we're in Europe, we will buy well.
