Ed are we interested in Nicolas Gaitan from Benfica?

{Ed002's Note - My understanding is that Manchester United and PSG did speak with Benfica about Gaitan in January 2013 but no bid was made as the asking price was seen to be far too high. Bayer Leverkusen, Spurs and Arsenal all enquired in the summer of 2013 but their interest will have waned once a price was known. The interest was still there from Manchester United and PSG in January 2014, but not at the price being asked. Interest in the summer 0f 2014 from Manchester United, and from both Zenit and Juventus, went with the price being asked. For January 2015 Gaitan remains over-priced and I am not aware of any remaining interest in him from Manchester United although there were recent enquiries from PSG. Spurs, Monaco, Valencia and Milan have all been keeping tabs on him.}

Thanks Ed002 he would be a good addition to Chelsea but he is overpriced and there are better alternatives
