Never seen him play, don't know anything about him but the Mail and the Telegraph are reporting that a deal for Oscar is either as good as done or done respectively! Seems we beat Spurs to the signing - if you believe what you read!

Personally I'll wait till its announced by Chelsea - officially!

Hmmm daily mail saying we've signed Oscar. Apparently we have secured his signature.

Its funny he sed theres been no bids,then he said hes worth more than 25 million and they turned down bigger bids,so there was bids is that guy stupid or what ?

The London Evening Standard are reporting that Chelsea are going to make a £15.8mil bid for Oscar.
Do you think Chelsea will make a bid for Oscar at some point?

Daily mail has reported we have signed him for 25mil. I know that the daily mail reports some bogus stuff, but it's something to keep an eye on.

Wouldn't complain but i cant understand this fuss over jovetic. Id rather see:

RB: Azpi(never seen him play but is getting rave reviews)

RW/ST: Hulk

LW/RW: Undecided, but i would like it to be someone quick, skillfull, but not a playmaker; just a crosser. Similar to Bale or a malouda back in the day

Although, I know this is a bit "out there" but i wouldn't mind us getting srna. i know he is 30 but i think there is no "perfect" right back available, so i think srna would do a job for a couple of years until either wallace comes, or a better rb than azpilicueta comes along.

Saying that, he is the best of our targets available.. as is jovetic for the striker role and hulk for right wing

Sturridge scored more goals in half a season than Jovetic did all of last year+ Jovetic takes penalties. Half �25 mil then you would have a realistic price. Jovetic isn't worth it!

Of cource im sure he's a great player but personally i would have some one who has proved them self in the bpl

If I was a manager i'd stay well clear of players part owned by private owners or businesses. They interfere far too much and are a disgrace to the game. Ganso and Hulk are two players Chelsea are targeting (or not) and they should forget about them. Remember what happened with Tevez and Mascherano? Keep well clear!

Roman ain't gonna put up with any "third party" nonsense.

Tevez and Mascherano was completely different and as a result set a precedent for 3rd party deals (in the UK) to not be allowed. Most, if not all, South Americans playing in Europe (for the first time) have some kind of ownership issue....that's how clubs like Porto get the talent they do. an example of a 3rd party ownership deal being sorted was Ramires moving to Chelsea.
