So, from what I have read, and the information given by Ed001, and whatever little info given by Ed002 at times, this is probably how the squad will be built over the next two windows:
1) Cahill will most likely leave, will probably be replaced by Romagnoli/ Rugani/ Manolas
2) Zappacosta will likely leave, will hopefully be replaced by James/ Aina
3) Fabregas will likely leave, will be replaced by a new DLP
4) Drinkwater will most likely be sold.
5) Willian might be sold, will probably be replaced by Pulisic/ Suso/ Pepe
6) Morata will likely be sold, a new CF will probably be bought
7) The club will try to sign Kovacic permanently
8) Moses will most likely be sold, a cheap LW (Denis Suarez? ) might replace him
9) Hazard and Caballero's futures are uncertain. Replacements will be bought if they leave
10) Giroud might be let go. Tammy could replace him.

1.) I think Zouma could do that job as good as any mentioned. Strong, fast, sure Sarri would get the best out of him.
2.) Aina should be given the chance.
3.) I think we could trust young Nathan, he has been awesome when required.
4.) May be best for all parties.
5.) I would much rather us go for Under, seems like the best option for a left footed winger (IMO) . Competing with Hazard, Pedro and CHO.
6.) Would love to see Icardi. Giroud as the alternative, gives us options upfront instead of two target men.
7.) Fingers crossed, think he is a talent albeit struggling to hit a barn door at the minute!
8.) Haven’t seen that much of him.
9.) Last couple of times I have seen him play Willy has impressed me. I think Bulka could be used as second choice.
10.) I rate Giroud as a hold up player. Maybe not good enough for first choice. Would like to see Tammy see out the season with Villa. If they go up then maybe even have 6 months in the prem with them to see if he’s up to it.

Not sure where you have seen that Hazard news, last update was Real were looking elsewhere. He'll sign a new deal.

• Firstly I think Cahill, Drinkwater and Moses will leave in January as they don’t play they have big wages and are just blocking the youngsters path.
• I’d like to see James rotates with Azpi but I doubt it will happen. The Hysaj rumours won’t go away so I think he’ll replace Zappacosta.

Three reasons why I remain skeptical of the Hysaj rumours:
1) He was close to signing a new contract. And then all the rumours started popping up with his agent giving multiple interviews. Could be to get him better wages from Napoli.
2) We just extended Azpi with reported wages of 150k/ week. Pretty sure he will stay first choice and spending 50m on Hysaj (who is above average at best) makes no sense.
3) Ed002 said Napoli are not interested in selling Hysaj.

Personally am tired of the the hazard situation, he keeps mentioning his love for Madrid and how he would make a decision next summer. am not even worried about loosing him anymore because I believe we can replace him with two quality players (pulisic and under) and we would b fine. and I believe the Timo Werner lad can do a job as our striker;he’s fast (very), strong and a great scorer, and he won’t cost fortune.
