So it looks as though Malouda will stay at chelsea then ED002 after his interview with L'equipe? {Ed002's Note - What made you think he was leaving?}

Well him being over 30 and some young new stars coming in the summer. So Ed, He'll stay and Zhirkov will likely leave?

{Ed002's Note - That is what I expect.}

Over on the united page ED001 said he was 99.9% sure that mourinho will return to chelsea, Thats a pretty bold statement do you share the optimism ED002? {Ed002's Note - How many times do you need to be told that I am not going to discuss the managerial situation until certain matters have been resolved?}

Ed, can Abramovich change his mind about letting Ancelotti leave this summer whether he wins the league or not?

{Ed002's Note - All people have the ability to change their mind, including Mr Abramovich. Have you ever thought that it may not be the owners decision alone?]

Who else's decision may it be?

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea have advisors, a chairman, a managing director, a board. Who was behind the decision for Scolari to leave for example?}

Ed, I think you're trying to say that Abramovich did not take the decision alone for Ancelotti to leave this summer. Maybe, it is a mutual agreement and Ancelotti himself wants to leave even though he's been telling the press that he intends to stay. Your thoughts, ed? {Ed002's Note - As I have said repeatedly there are a number of matters still to be resolved.}

Hey ed, is there still interest in Hamsik? It seems as though he has been going under the radar lately and I was wondering if Chelsea were still interested or if any other team was going to make a bid. Do you think he will stay at Napoli seeing as they are going to be playing CL football next year? {Ed002's Note - I doubt he will move. Several clubs have enquired and been told he is not for sale.}

The Russian billionaire wants the Blues to play a more thrilling and attacking style next season.
The Blues owner is targeting three main roles a creative midfielder, a flying winger and a classy right-back and has told chief executive Ron Gourlay to draw up a wish-list.
The targets are believed to include the likes of Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas, Tottenham s Gareth Bale and Dutch defender Gregory van der Wiel.
Wesley Sneijder, Thomas Muller, Adam Johnson, Matt Jarvis, Ashley Young, Jack Rodwell, Marouane Fellaini, Luka Modric and Andrey Arshavin are other possibilities all of who can inject pace into an ageing squad.
A Blues insider said: Roman has always wanted to see a Chelsea side that played what he calls sexy football.
SOURCE: The Sun
That s quite a shopping list! Clearly Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to bankroll the West London club and hand Carlo Ancelotti a large transfer fund boost as he looks to flex his financial muscle having spent big to land Fernando Torres and David Luiz in January. However, is he likely to land these two big Premier League targets?
Talk of Cesc Fabregas leaving Arsenal has been going on for years but has always centred around a return to Barcelona there appears little or no chance that the Spaniard will move to any other Premier League club, such is his obvious love for the North London side he has represented for eight seasons.
Arsene Wenger will however be worried about losing some of the club s top talent after six years without silverware and the likes of Samir Nasri, Robin Van Persie, Andrei Arshavin and Gael Clichy have all been strongly linked with Emirates Stadium exits.
A move for Tottenham winger Gareth Bale may be more likely but is still not a capture one can imagine occurring this summer. The 21 year old Welsh international has had a great season but the former Southampton man knows that his White Hart Lane side stood by him when he initially struggled at the club and even if Harry Redknapp s side do indeed miss out on a top four finish the flying winger will probably not leave for another season at least.
Other Spurs stars have also been linked with exits as Man United reportedly take a keen interest in Bale, Rafael Van der Vaart and Luka Modric.
Chelsea are looking to refresh a squad that is still top heavy with ageing stars and there appears to be a concerted effort by the Blues to find the best young talent across Europe to help re-build for the future with the likes Brazilian attacker Neymar and Belgian sensation Romelu Lukaku apparently very high up on the club s wish-list.Thoughts ed?
TALRD BITC {Ed002's Note - It is pretty poor journalism - I have no views on it aside from that.}

Goal.com says that udinese want 26million for sanchez, will we buy him ed? {Ed002's Note - Nothing has changed with respect to Sanchez. We know that Chelsea and Inter Milan have made unsuccessful bids, and we know that Manchester United and Barcelona have a declared interest. Juventus had previously been interested but were hoping that (a) Sanchez stayed under the radar until a deal could be struck, and (b) Udinese would look kindly on an arrangement that included some cash and several players either in exchange, on loan or in part-ownership as part of the deal. As an aside Juventus have proposed a similar deal for Javier Pastore. Anyway, there was a January meeting with Chelsea in Monaco and broad agreement was reached over the transfer before Giampaolo Pozzo said that the deal must include a loan of the player back to Udinese. Whilst Barcelona were apparently willing to agree to this until the end of the season, Pozzo proposed that whoever Sanchez moved to should allow him to be loaned back for 18 months – hence the end of any discussions. I expect that Juventus will not come back in to the picture. Although Sanchez has been watched by numerous teams including Roma, there is nothing new other than Manchester City preparing a bid for the player as well. They have, like Juventus, recently been knocked back in a bid for Pastore and are likely to aim their cheque book in another direction – this may well be Sanchez. The advantage they have, in addition to being able to match any transfer fee, is the ability to put together a wage deal far beyond anything the other clubs could afford or would be willing to pay. I suspect that we will see this whole saga drag out through the summer transfer window as Pozzo puts the player on the market, takes him off the market, values him at €100M and so on. Manchester United, Chelsea, Barcelona and Inter will all likely remain interested but could well tire of the expected drawn-out negotiations. Manchester United and Chelsea were both originally wary of the player being not quite as robust as needs be for the EPL. Perhaps Inter will get their man or perhaps Sanchez will take an offer from Manchester City or respond positively to reported interest from the nice folks at Real Madrid.}

Ed do u think we will not get aguero and he will go to juventus? or do u think we will get him? Thanks
- could also be man utd or tottenham.

Who is the options then? {Ed002's Note - As I said yesterday, it looks unlikely that Aguero will be moving to Chelsea, or for that matter Manchester United. The problem remains his wages. Juventus are trying to figure out a deal now.}

Hey Ed, do you think Chelsea could end up making a move for Real's talented playmaker Sergio Canales, a player who we expressed interest in before, as an alternative target for a successor/replacement for Lamps and because he is unhappy about limited first team opportunities and life under Mourinho? {Ed002's Note - No - Canales may go out on loan but I doubt he will be sold this year.}
