Chelsea make formal offer for Lyon star Corentin Tolisso - journalist Pipe Sierra
European football expert Sierra, who has more than 26,000 followers, tweeted that the club have made an official offer of £30.5m (€35m) for Tolisso after it emerged yesterday that Bayern Munich were also sniffing around the French star.
He wrote: “confirmed: #Chelsea has made an official offer of 35M€ to the #Lyon for the French midfielder Corentin Tolisso.

Really really hope this happens I've missed us having an all action midfielder who can defend and attack. That long range shot of his would come in nicely too.

Apparently its not true, i read an article that says Pipe Sierra has no source or when pressed on the matter he didn't reply to anyone, basically the article said its just some guy on twitter making up a story.

Would love for us to sign Bonucci, much better than Van Dijk in my opinion. Could be something behind the rumours about Bonucci too considering his history playing with Conte for Italy and Juve. Any truth in the rumours Eds? Oh and any interest of Boateng from Bayern? Thanks.

he got asked if the club he has an agreement with is chelsea, and he winked and said no comment, also today he started following gary cahill, lewis baker and kante on twitter, also with the bookies he is 2/ 5 odds on to join.

why the nike deal?, we wouldn't pay the whole fee in 1 lump it would be paid over a number of years, and another thing we should sign him before we sell costa, usually teams get held t ransom when they sell a player and have get a lot of money in to spend.

Nike would like the signings to be holding a shirt with their logo on it for the unveiling. Seems inconsequential but whatever floats their boat.

ok makes sense, i thought you was saying because we would have more money my mistake, but surely we can sign players when we want and unveil them at a later date, otherwise potentially we may have already signed players and will wait until the 1st of july to parade them.
