Ed,
Will John stones remain a Chelsea target despite Everton telling us that he isn't for sale? Do you think we will bid for him in either January or next summer? I like him as a player and would love him as a long term partner with zouma. Everton seemed pretty sure in the fact he isn't for sale but his transfer request surely suggests that long term he would rather join a bigger club.

Everton need a rain check if they think John Stones is going to retire their.
Stones will move on eventually and I reckon it will be next summer, its the question what club are going to pay a silly price for him.
Stones will want a move to a club that plays champions league football, it's very footballers dream.
