{Ed002's Note - Coaches need to be licensed to coach at the highest level (although there are three exceptions at EPL level). There is such requirements on managers who do not coach.}

Hi Ed, can you tell us if there is any further re-structuring expected at the club? There was talk of Walter Sabatini coming to the club, and a lot of rumour of Michael Emenalo's position being under threat - was there any truth in this or merely the press trying to find a bogeymay at the club?

{Ed002's Note - Sabatini is planning on heading elsewhere. There will be no immediate changes although, for reasons I won't go in to, there might be a change after the UEFA European Under-17 Championship is over.}

Watching the under 21's we've got some cracking young players Clarke-Salter, Aina, Palmer to name a few.

That's one to look at it. another may be a player (and/ or his agent advising him) having unreasonable expectations of playing time at a senior level.

It's not a case of 'off-loading' more a case of Costa wanting to go. It wouldn't surprise me if a Griesmann-Costa swap is looked at.

Conte will sign a 3 year contract shortly and start to plan for next season. We already have a talented squad of players plus exciting young loanee and academy prospects. Recruit 3 or 4 top reinforcements and away we go. Blip over.

We desperately need a class CB and CM. Those are most important in my opinion. If we can bring those in, it'll go a long way towards getting back into top 4.

I don't think we need to bring in a world class CB. We could have Christensen coming in (we can opt for him to come back this summer), we have Zouma coming back from injury, and with Ivanovic and Miazga lurking in the background, I don't believe this should be our key position to reinforce. I think we should be more concerned about our LB position, since Azpi (IMO) has proven to be better at RB, and since Baba hasn't shown the necessary skills.
