Hi ed, Over the past few days I have read numerous reports stating Mourinho has made contact with Khedira and Real are willimg to sell. Any truth to these reports at all?
Thanks {Ed029's Note - Ed02 has said on the Liverpool page that Chelsea are interested in Khedira and have been talking with Real Madrid.}

Ed018, if Mikel leaves (I understand there is still a possibility of this based on your recent responses) who are the players being looked at as a replacement other than De Rossi? Also I note two weeks ago that Mourinho said Kalas along with Lukaku and De Bruyne would be joining the squad from last season's bunch of loanees; since Kalas has now not travelled to the US has the situation changed in that we are now looking for a centre back as well as Rooney and possibly a DCM (if Mikel leaves)? It would make sense to me as he was at fault for the goal we conceded from the set piece in Asia, he simply froze and didn't clear it. Looked shaky all together really.

He never travelled to the US because he's injured no other reason, and we are still looking at a young centre half due the the age of Terry and Ivanovic.
Kalas is a young promising centre back/ full back u can't judge him on one game. He proved that he's worth giving a chance due to his performances the last 2 seasons at Vittesse!

I don't doubt he is one for the future I'm simply suggesting he is not ready yet and we need another CB for this season. -James13
