Why is it a pain? The club will only pay what they believe to be the right price and for the right quality. The Season is a long way off and in world cup years these things tend to take time. Relax and trust in the club.
Course it's a pain . We should be signing a left back for getting rid of Cole. or giving youngsters a chance but that ain't going to happen in my opinion. The amount of good youngsters we sign.we don't bring enough thru.

Still have a gut feeling we are going to end up with Shaw. Just think in the grand scheme of things Luis age is against him, Moreno Ed has said something made him a less attractive option, whereas Shaw is homegrown, age is great. etc Just a hunch

Really hope we can get someone in who can be a starter so azpi can move back to the right. We need the width in attack. But with Moreno unlikely and shaw's price too high, I can see this going sour.

Liverpool have bid for Moreno. Has our interest moved on due to price now or may we go back in for him?

Before anyone asks, I think Ed mentioned on the 'pool page that what made him less attractive was not a matter for discussion.
