Can't get a manager haggling over silly amounts when we waste so much on drinkwater.
Transfers? What's going on! Are the club bleeding in the youth? Cos we are linked to no one and ones we are linked to are old recycled rubbish like Felipe Anderson and Napoli centre half. Just waiting on hulk rumours now.

KP82, well said mate. 1 word for our transfer/ manager activity and that is "Frustrating".
We are penny pinching over the biggest position in our team, the manager, as a result we are going to be slow off the mark again when it comes to transfers. Worst yet, How long will Sarri wait before he loses patience with Chelsea trying to sort out Conte's mess? Seems like more the usual for us. History repeating itself.
Already Man City, Liverpool, Man Utd are lining up their targets to pounce on them. We are still sorting out our manager.

CFCshak I totally agree mate we are standing still. I wouldn’t mind if the club was going to bleed in some youth then we would understand but to waste money on drinkwater and zappacosta (nearly £50m) and can’t get a deal done over a £3m difference between clubs then am fearful.

Hi Ed001
Just a quick question, is there negotiations going between conte and the club about his pay off amount or is it undecided if he will leave.
Thanks in advance for any info if any.

{Ed001's Note - I don't believe Conte himself is involved in the discussions as such, but yes there are talks ongoing with his agent or whatever they are called now. Both sides want to end it.}

What are your thoughts on Chelsea with Sarri in charge Ed1?

{Ed001's Note - he plays good football to watch, but I am not sure if he has that drive to win that say Conte has. If he can avoid making any silly statements, and so causing awkward media problems, then the players will be happier under him than Conte. He does inspire loyalty in his players, they enjoy playing for him, but they do tend to move on out of ambition in his previous jobs. Now he has a chance to match their ambitions it could be really good for the club. However, no player is going to want to risk damaging their marketability if he does come out with some of the kind of things he has said in the past. It could affect sponsorship deals etc too. For me that is the key. If he avoids controversy, then you will have an exciting team to watch and enjoy going to matches/watching on TV, the neutrals will enjoy too. He will also be very happy to just coach what he is given, so it could be a perfect match. If he is careful what he says.}

Appreciate your response Ed, as always very nice to hear your thoughts. Hopefully he controls that mouth, very exciting times for Chelsea fans given that his appointment doesn't seem to far away.

{Ed001's Note - very welcome mate. It is exciting for the whole Premier League if he can get Chelsea playing like he did Napoli.}
