Hey Ed, do you think that Chelsea will make a move for David Luiz considering his problems with the manager and Chelsea needs more defensive back up? Also do you reckon that Chelsea will make a move for Christian Zapata from Udinese?

Chelsea have been tipped to make another move this winter after injuries to John Terry and Alex, while City are still on the lookout for defenders.
Benfica's 3-0 defeat by Hapoel Tel Aviv this week ended hopes of qualifying for the Champions League knockout stage and reportedly led both Luiz and the club to concluding that a January parting would be best. The 23-year-old, who is said to have a poor relationship with boss Jorge Jesus, refused a contract extension in the summer. He is currently tied down till 2015, with a release clause set at a prohibitive £42.5million, but bids in excess of £25m might be enough in January. Benfica hope to tempt Chelsea and Manchester City into a January move for defender David Luiz. It is claimed that the Portuguese champions are ready to cash in on the Brazil centre half amid an increasingly strained relationship between Luiz and his Stadium of Light bosses.

Hey Ed, any chance of Chelsea landing talented Spanish and Ath Bilbao midfielder Javi Martinez? There are reports suggesting that we were interested in the summer. Money and wages are not an issue to bring this player to London as his fee would command around 15-18 mil pounds. {ed's note - I can't see it happening mate, there would be a hell of a lot of interest in him and his stock has risen over the season.}

Chelsea are interested in bringing young Romanian and Dinamo Bucharest duo to Stamford Bridge. They are 21 year old attacking midfielder Gabriel Torje and 20 year old striker Marius Alexe. Scouts from Chelsea were reportedly tracking both players.Any truth in this Ed?

So Ed, is there any chance of Chelsea landing them. The both of them are available in January because Dinamo Bucharest are in some financial issues and they are the leading talents in Romania. Chelsea have shown interest in signing Alexe already so any chance of Chelsea getting either. {ed's note - there is a chance, though I think both players are more likely to end up at a smaller club. They will get more first team opportunities that way and can earn themselves a bigger move later, I believe there are a number of French clubs keeping a very close eye on them.}

Hey Ed, any chance Chelsea signing Udinese midfielder Gokhan Inler? He's the type of midfielder Chelsea seem to be looking for and considering he may be available in January they might as well make a move for him. {ed's note - I have seen a lot of people suggesting him but have not heard of any Chelsea interest though, sorry. Always possible that I just haven't heard of it rather than it is not happening but I don't believe a move is imminent.}

Michael Emenalo is a key player in Chelsea's pursuit of Partizan Belgrade defender Stefan Savic.
Emenalo's promotion to assistant coach has created controversy for Chelsea.
But Savic's agent Shay Chen revealed: "I must confess that the defender enjoys the esteem of Michael Emenalo, former head of scouting at Chelsea, who now plays a very important role within the organization of the team at Stamford Bridge." What's your thoughts ed?

Hey Ed, is the reason why Rajkovic hasn't played for Chelsea yet is because he needs a work permit and at his loan spell at Vitesse will he finally get one? {ed's note - that is the intention, that he will qualify for a work permit, either through playing enough internationals or by being able to get an EU passport.}
So Ed, if he does get one, Chelsea will definately include him in the first team. {ed's note - that is the plan, but there is always the chance he doesn't look like the player he was expected to become and is deemed not good enough.}
So Ed, have you ever watched games with him at Vitesse? If yes please evaluate his performances. {ed's note - I haven't had time to watch any Dutch football this season mate, I am watching 3 or 4 games a day just trying to see all the EPL, Champions League, Europa League and Spanish Primera Liga. I will try and take a look tomorrow, if I can find any of the Vitesse games online, as there was no Europa League matches to watch I have pretty much caught up on all the matches I wanted to see.}
