Hey Ed, I dont suppose theres any interest in Montoya and Tello of FC Barcelona is there? Both look very good at such a young age, ive also heard rave reviews about James Rodriquez and ED022 has just done a player profile on him and rates him very highly.

Other than the napoli players; cavani, lavezzi and hamsik, are Chelsea interested in any other Serie A players?

There is strong rumour about Hamsik coming to CFC. At least that is what he said recently.

Should b class player cant believe he went to roma for 9 million, and we payed 20 for lukaku, no disrespect to romelu

Ed 002. Will the club be in a position to spend, for example £100m,in the summer, should they wish, given the Fairplay rules ?
I understand that the rules are being phased in but surely our current record of losses would be heightened to an unacceptable level if we spent the money we need to on the squad in the summer ?

If we investd heavily this summer would it be to our advantage, in that we would be able to reduce our losses steadily from a high deficit?
As I understand it teams will be expected to be moving in the right direction rather than making a profit..is that correct? {Ed002's Note - Moving in the right direction is the claim that will be made but just ignore the subject for now.}

RB) First choice would be Van Der Wiel however he seems to have his heart set on a move to Spain, be it with Valencia or someone else, where I can’t imagine he would be short of admirers. Azpilicueta is the other name we have been heavily liked to; I’m not a keen follower of French football but this lad has had some very good reports and would almost definitely be a step up from Bosingwa.

RW) We, and the rest of Europe, have been linked to Hazard; this is a player with bundles of ability but what appears to be a very immature attitude. We could use his ability but deffo don’t need his attitude; this however appears to be the most realistic signing at this time. My personal first choice would be Jesus Navas, I know a lot of people don’t agree with this but I think he is quality and would be just what we need on the right (Torres, Jesus Navas and Mata…The Three Amigos…I can see the headlines now…but I digress).

CAM) My dream signing in this position would have to be Hamsik, he would be a perfect replacement for Lampard. The boy runs a game and was outstanding for Napoli against us; Napoli however will put a huge price on his head and a move to another Italian club (AC Milan) is more likely. At this moment in time Lucas Moura is the most realistic signing however I have doubts over his suitability for Premier League Football.

I think these three positions are our biggest needs at this time but would like to see another striker and central / left sided midfielder come into the team too.

I would love to see us sign two wingers and move Mata behind the CF. Ive heard Robben is looking at getting back to the premiership. Hopefully looking at him. Should have never let him go in the 1st place.

Hamsik is a good player, but would he really be the dream signing?
If we're dreaming, why not go for a 3 of Goetze, Mata, Neymar behind the striker?
Also, I'm afraid that Torres will never get back to his previous high standards. We need to look elsewhere for our striking options.
I'd be happy with either of your suggested RB's.

Move Mata to CAM and make LW and RW a priority. Mata should never play winger again in Chelsea shirt. He is wasted there. Not sure what games you watch as you obviously don't see that!

I would rather have goetze or moura than hamsik but the agen i do think hamsik is a better fit for us

13, Your dream signings, are more realistic and worse than the signings you have put down as realistic lol. Vdw is overrated, Hazard is better than Navas and the others are right, Gotze is a better option than hamsik or moura, although i do like moura.

I love the realistic signings mentioned!

Ed2: the transfer of vdW to Valencia never went through. From what was reported it was the money issue. Do you expect that transfer to go through this summer? Are Chelsea still interested in him?

JG {Ed002's Note - Van Der Wiel will move in the summer and his preference remains Spain - so I guess Valencia or Real Madrid. Chelsea may maintain an interest but they remain more interested in Azpilicueta.}

Hi ed, there may sound like random and unrealistic names. But would chelsea ever bid for bale or robben? For a winger? Or no because of the development of de bryune?
Thanks, Matt. {Ed002's Note - It is very difficult to answer these obscure questions. There is zero interest in Bale and I could only guess if that were to change. As for Robben, his preference would likely be for a move to Italy this summer if he leaves Munich. AC Milan have a long term interest in him and Palermo are looking at players of his ilk as part of their extensive rebuilding. It would not guesswork to say if Chelsea would be interested or not, but given he has strong links with someone employed by the club it is possible. The plan right now is that De Bruyne will stay out on loan next season but thet may change with a new manager.}
