Hey united fan here i come in peace? was just wondering why Boas is not playing Alex? what has he done to be "banished"? only asking cos i rate alex better than luiz. and if he was leavin id rather hav him come to united id have him infront of rio and evans {Ed018's Note -alex handed in a transfer request}

Just wanted to say that I'd have Rooney (objectively as a player) over all 4 players you have just mentioned put together.
Rooney > Drogba, Hernandez > Sturridge, Cleverley > Ramires....I'll give you the Mata comment.
I'd also take Man U's league position over Chelsea's.

Hi Chaps!
I hope you are all having a Merry Christmas!
I reckon we will only sign Cahill and DeBruyne in the Jan Transfer Window. I feel we do need another midfielder, Centre Forward, a right back and a centre back. I feel Cahil will cover a Chelsea standard centre back.
Players like Higuain and midfielder that we need will be sought after in the Summer. I do rate Goetze, and I would love him to come to Chelsea.

I think rotating Mata from the wing in to the role just behind Torres would be ideal. So if DeBruyne plays then Mata plays in Merieles postion.

With only days till the January transfer window opens, I guess Chelsea will bring in:
-Cahill
-Rodwell
-Krasic
-Higuain
outs:
-Anelka (done)
-Alex (prob. juve)
-Mikel
-Kalou or Malouda
-Torres (prob. milan)

Ok, Cahill is an almost definate.
Dont want to see rodwell at chelsea and i dont AVB does either.
Krasic doesnt fit the mold of younger player and just gives cover on the left.
Higuan is a probably however if as you said torres goes to milan we will get pato. and boy would i love to see pato at chelsea.
I personally believe we will bring in a creative midfielder as well as a cb and st. dont know who, wont be modric due to tottenhams performances, possibly moutinho.

I think that is a good guess mate, not sure about torres to be honest, but the others i think are completely reasonable, maybe azpiluclar from france, he was looked at.

I chose Rodwell and i don't see him breaking directly in the first team, maybe something like Romue. Krasic is a realistic move to cover our lack of wingers, especially with kalou, anelka and malouda leaving in the near future. We need a quality striker and would like to see Pato in blue more than any other one, but i saw Higuain more named on transfer rumours than any other striker.

Ditching so many experienced players in Jan just isnt going to happen.
Clearly Alex and Nic are on there way but the others I doubt.
If they do we will struggle to make the Top 4.
Neither De Bruyne of Krasic are an improvement Flo & Sala particularly in the goals scored dept.
I would hope we keep the experience of the squad intact until the summer when our options will be much greater.
