Not especially looking forward to the break from the epl, our next game is in 3 weeks On one hand it would be good if mata gets a break ( but how much will he get?) & it would be good for confidence if we could pick up our 1st trophy of the season. On the other hand tho Torres is getting sharper & looking hungrier every game. From past history we know he doesn't do well with this stSrt stop thing. I could be worrying about nothing ( I hope I am ) he'll play nxt Friday but not sure he will start for Spain. Need to keep this confidence going. On another note my favourite thing about the 1st half today was the togetherness we showed on the pitch. Everyone celebrating together with the goals & working hard for each other. It's like the days of Jose. With better football. One more signing in & if we start playing for the whole 90 mins then this really could be a magical season

Just thinking if Drogba hadn't gone yet then WOW him and Hazarad that's fantasy football. Still now we have a Full on powerful Torres I hope he keeps this consistency the lad needs it. Can't be happier than our start to the league.

In all honesty with the flair we have now i think torres is the better option over drogba because mata, oscar, hazard and marin arent the sort of players that will just punt the ball in the box and hope someone headers it

Unrealistic, so not even going to ask ed's of the possiblty, but wouldnt mind sturridge leaving if we brought in Hernandez and hulk.

Thanks for all your great work there are even more exciting times ahead for Chelsea I feel and I love this time of year when all the transfer gossip is flying around. I will be sad to see Sturridge go to liverpool as I think he has so much potential but I understand the kid wants to play regular football, but be a shame to sell him to the scousers.
cavani or hulk (not expecting both) would be a great edition and look forward to the next couple of days up until the close of the window

Chelsea will sign Nikola Aksentijevic from Partizan for 2mil (he is right back,very fast but he dont have good ball control and passing).He will be on loan in Vitesse cuz of work permit.

If he doesn't have good ball control or passing why would we sign him ?

As a PFC fan I'm very surprised with your comment because of two reasons. First, the boy is enormously talented right defender, very fast, technically and physically exceptional and attractive,too.It's really insane to say he doesn't have good ball control and passing!?? Actually, what does it mean? The ball looser,ah-ah-a!? No, no, the boy is playing very confidently and Chelsea is not only club that is interested in him.Zenit, CSKA,Bayern, BorusiaD.,Betis,Roma,Inter...making lineup,so...
Second, I don't believe that his price is only 2 mil. euros!/ Transfermarkt is sheety predictor that underestimating Eastern Europensans. As I know, his price is about 8-10 mil. euros (CSKA openly offered for him 7 mil. euros to PFC. PFC even didn't want to negotiate in this price range. Avram grant was a Couch of Partizan and he is best informed about the boy, him and Lazar Markovic.Both of them are really great talents and I wouldn't be surprised if both are seen in Chelsea soon.So....

think out chances of signing Hulk are over now as we signed moses as a Right winger. Hulk probably wouldve had the right wing spot and covered striker. Im guessing we will go for an out and out striker now.

Its worth taking a look at the ages of the current players and also the requirements of the EPL in terms of home grown players.
The signing of Moses means, I think, that
Turnball, Terry, Cahill, Cole, Bertrand, Moses, Lampard and Sturridge make up the 8 English trained players required so unless we only name 24 in our over 21 age squad no one of thees players will be on the way out . That is of course we let one go and sign another that qualifys although looking at the sort of players we are talked about signing none appear to fulfil the requirements

hi ed, could you perhaps do a list of strikers that the club will be willing to pay for beacuse personally i cant see us going for the likes of cavani or hulk again not until january at least cheers man :)

Curt you are one of the problems ED002 has stopped posting. That is carpetmans opinion if you don't like it fair enough. We are all Chelsea fans can we stop getting on each others backs. I haven't posted in so long as I use the search function but checking everyday and seeing ED002 our best and most reliable source still isn't back fully makes me fill with rage due to the abuse that is posted. The guy takes time out his real life to keep us updated so please give it a rest. The window shuts on Friday then everyone will know our exact squad.

Can't wait until your fully back ED002, your stand in ED018 is doing a great job.
