Hello Ed with the exclusion of Schurrle from the matchday squad would it be safe to assume a deal has been done with one of either Wolfsburg or Dortmund?

Lol fair enough, I just meant with all of the speculation regarding Salah and Schurrle and the fact the Jose said in interview yesterday both would start just thought something might of happen.

Schürrle isn't in the squad but is sat with the other non-playing players today.

For anyone who is interested, Jose said after today's game the reason for Schurrles exclusion from the match day squad is due to a lower back pain, so it would appear I jumped the gun with my question my apologizes ed.

Schurrle was troubled with injuries and lack of fitness this season. Perhaps he will become a regular starter during March, April and May.

Morning ed any update on the crazy winger targets? Rues must have surely been our first choice so I guess the fact we have now big for cuadrado and Douglas Costa mean that reus will not be coming? I think it would be a total waste of resources to sign the 2 players we have bid for. Thanks for your help.

Not live but I do watch a bit of Italian Football. He is a good player but wouldn't call him an upgrade on Willian. If we can't get reus think we should wait until the summer when real might be selling jese or isco.

We've got an Isco player(s) in Oscar and Fabregas we don't need another center mid. Whilst Jese is over-rated and injury prone. Cuadrado has a great work rate but he's deadly going forward if you did watch Italian football you would no this. I'd prefer Willian to leave and Schurrle too.

Willian is great cover though for all 3 positions behind the striker. I wouldn't sell him. He works hard and is very important for the team.
And apparently the club thinks the same thing as Ed says there are no plans to sell Willian.
