Do you think the two might be connected ed? Seen Rumours that Milan are just waiting to give Chelsea their final answer on whether to sell or not.

I was hoping for an experienced centre back we already have enough potential in Zouma and Christensen.

ED018 can you offer anything on the Romagnoli rumours? I seem to remember reading on here a while back that he was offered to us as part of an offer for another player and we knocked back the chance.

{Ed018's Note - no as far as I know Koulibaly is still their first choice. I don't doubt that Romagnoli could be plan b, I just haven't heard anything concrete concerning him yet}

I don't know awfully much about either but in my eyes they are two very different centre backs, anybody know anything about them both to add?

Can't offer too much on Koulibaly but Romagnoli is a top prospect, the Italian press liken him to Nesta but, for me, he's far from the finished article.

Personally I think Chelsea have a number of talented lads with potential in the CB position, as good a signing as Romagnoli could end up being we desperately need a player who is at, or approaching, world class ability. I just can't see where that signing would come from at this point in the window.
