And for chelsea to bid for both they must have an idea of players leaving or bids received.

Evening Ed! There are loads of reports in tonight's papers, seemingly lead by the Telegraph, stating that agreeing a price for Cuadrado is looking increasingly unlikely - they're digging their heels in over the release clause fee. Same reports are stating that our interest will move to Douglas Costa, are you aware if we have any interest in him?

{Ed002's Note - We knew money would be an issue with Cuadrado. Manchester United, Chelsea, Rubin Kazan, Newcastle, Napoli, Arsenal, Roma, Milan, Manchester City and no doubt many others have been interested in Douglas Costa in the past couple of years. He was being hawked around Italy and and Portugal by Cesar Bottega for more than a year. Shaktar's approach to valuing players is not dissimilar to Porto's approach. Right now the sustained interest of Milan and Manchester United seems to have gone but Chelsea and Roma remain interested with the former making an offer.}
