The club I have supported for over fifty five years has gone through many changes and since RA took over the club I have been fortunate to see my beloved Chelsea win trophy after trophy.
I thank RA for bringing this success.
I'm grateful that under his leadership and his investment we are now a club that operates as a profitable entity.
The club have, I believe, only put season ticket prices ONCE under under his ownership.
Now comes my gripe; The fans of Chelsea spend tens of millions each year on things like tickets and merchandise and yet the offers us little to no communication.
I respect the right of RA to his privacy but surely our club should give us, as customers, some means of real dialogue.
I understand the need for secrecy when it comes to transfers but why not give us more than the rubbish we read in the papers.
There were programs on CTV that allowed questions to be asked about the club and this was helpful and informative. It took a lot of the misinformation about the club out of the headlines. This programme has now stopped.
I have sent several letters to the club asking questions and very rarely get a response. My question about away fans being in the Shed End was one such question.
I'm sure our club have regular conversations with it's other investors, so why not us fans? Who after all, are also investors in our club!
Everyone knows I'm a glass half full supporter but this is a subject that really upsets me! So, sorry for the moaning!

Yes I hear you in Roman we trust just be happy for what he's given us you have seen a few years of lifting trophies and happy days home and away some of the best best managers in the world and great players just be happy for that, the business side you don't require to know and yes fans are a major part to play in the whole set up but what you have witnessed over the last 11 years has been worth every penny I know it has we've all love it.

As my points out, I am and will always be grateful that RA is our owner.
Our club does tremendous work in the community and yesterday a fantastic foundation day was held at the training ground. Maybe the club is happy for this sort of work to be low profile but I’m proud my club makes the effort to deliver these things but I want people who are not Chelsea supporters to hear about these good works.
We are not unique as football club in doing these good works and we are not unique as a club in having poor communication with fans.
Lots of football clubs, in my opinion, have similar communication issues.
I just don’t understand why football fans are so often taken granted.

Couldn’t stand Mr Bates and I know I will be in a minority but I wasn’t a massive fan of Mathew Harding.
Bates did create the Chelsea Pitch Owners so he wasn’t all bad.
Please Chelsea, don’t take us fans for granted. Try and remember, as fans, we are not the enemy, we want to be closer to the club.

Where else would you put the away supporters?
They were behind Jose in the East stand and he was the one who got them removed from there.

Yeah stick em in the east upper. I nearly fell over the side after a few pints there once or twice.
