Guillem Balague seems to think we're willing to sell azpilicueta for around £14m, I don't know a great deal about how prices are determined but that seems incredibly low. He's invaluable to this team and shouldn't really be for sale at any price. I hope he's talking a load of rubbish, wouldn't be the first time.

Considering how much Luke shaw was worth and Danilo when he moved to real (both fullbacks over 30m) selling azpilicuelta for less than 25m or at all is criminal.

It's madness. How can youngsters who have never played for a first team be worth more the Dave.
He has been solid for outstanding for us since he has joined and to the think that he could be sold for 14mill.

Plus he's brilliant at both sides, surely there's no way Chelsea would sell for that little? Plus he's still a good age.

Rumour is Conte is looking at playing three at the back and doesn't see Dave as a proper wing back because too be honest although great defensively he's not fantastic going forward is he? I'd still like to see him on the right no matter what formation but we have to trust the manager.

I wouldn't believe him, he said Ronaldo was going back to Utd last year.

It would be absoloutely criminal to sell azpilicueta to anyone never mind mourinhos United we would really show a lack of power allowing him to join United or any rival.

I don't know what makes you think that we won't sell to Man Utd?

Juan Mata?

We've sold too many good players in last few years, Mourinho didn't care about Mata and they've offered much more than any other club.
And they won't even try to sign any of our players.
There are only 2 important Chelsea players who might want to leave Costa and Willian. Reasons Madrid and money. Pedro might be pushed out by the time.

I've lost count of how many times Ed002 has said if a player wants to leave and another club makes an acceptable offer Chelsea would sell.

Yes we all no that redrosie were just sharing our views on the situation selling azpilicueta would be madness in my opinion. Antibot don't forget about courtois wither remember balague reported a while back if Madrid don't get de gea then courtois is der back up or no 2 plan I think he would leave personally if Madrid put in an offer and Chelsea accepted . I'd be quiet confident aswell that Costa will be back at athletico next season don't think he wants to stay that's the impression u get time will tell.

I still think Dave is our next captain in waiting and will not be sold. His value to our club is"in my opnion" immeasurable. He is to Chelsea what Lham is to BM, and players of this ilk should be just as highly valued as the so called "superstars" as they perform at their very best, every time, in any position. He can't do what a Hazard does but at a level only slightly below, he does what he does week in, week out.

Why do you all keep saying we won't sell a player to Man Utd? Don't you remember a certain ex Chelsea player of the year called a Juan Mata?

Charly Musonda will continue his development in La Liga with his loan to Real Betis extended to cover the 2016/ 17 season.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder, who has won the Under-21 Premier League, the UEFA Youth League and the FA Youth Cup with the Chelsea Academy, originally moved on loan to Betis in January and made 16 appearances last season as they finished 10th in Spain’s top flight. He also played for Belgium Under-21s.

This coming campaign Musonda will be managed by our former player Gustavo Poyet who was appointed by Betis in May.
