Is it likely Chelsea could sign both falcao, and Andre schurlle? If not is there a good chance we could sign either of them? {Ed002's Note - Chelsea has an interest in a number of forwards and will be looking to sign a couple in the summer.}

i think there's going to be a bit of a domino effect with strikers in the summer most of the top clubs around are willing to part company with them. barcelona (villa)
bauyern. (gomez)
dortmund. lewandowski
napoli. cavani
real madrid. higuian
A. madrid. falcao
man utd. rooney
man city. dzeko
liverpool. suarez
us. torres
im not saying this will happen but every single 1 of these have been linked with a move in the summer, and maybe there's no smoke without a fire, look how they could be linked together. if Manchester United did sign lewandowski then maybe rooney moves on there's been loads of rumours. If suarez went to bauyern then gomez would leave I don't know were he would go? and liverpool would be looking to replace. dzeko leaves for dortmund to replace lewandowski and city are looking at maybe cavani or falcao?. but then napoli have 50 mill to spend on replacement? higuian wouldn't be a bad fit maybe 25/30 mill good bargin, villa leaves barca and they have no number 9 i'm not sure abou this 1?, and we get rid of torres and every man and his dog know we want falcao so maybe?, and a. madrid have always had a class number 9, and I hear real madrid want aguero maybe. all in all its going to be a very very busy summer, I could be miles of the mark here but there could be some big clubs swapping goal scorers, like I said this is not so much my opinion of what will happen more of what could happen with the info we have, I think its going to be 1 busy summer all the best ed lol
I would say your almost spot on with the logic it was the same this last summer but it didn't really get going and that's why Chelsea where left with just Torres.

Ed do you know of any interest from chelsea in shaktars Henrikh Mkhitaryan? Heard a rumour we are today. I tried the the search function sorry if uv already answered this. Imo there are much more important position we need to strenghten. he's an attacking mid isn't he? Cheers.

I would have hoped De Bruyne, Piazon, Lukaku, McEachran, would be squad players next season and not sent out on loan.

I think that if they are sent on loan to Premier league clubs it would be more beneficial considering they would get more game time in a league that they would one day be playing in, and not just sitting on the bench or playing in the reserves.
Most will largely depend on the manager but I think that those that have played in the championship should be loaned to a prem team, perhaps to a newly promoted one to gain experience. For me De Bruyne and Courtois should be part of the squad and perhaps Lukaku depending on who we bring in. I think Piazon should possibly also be loaned to a prem team due to the possible arrival of Isco.

We have had exchanges about the possible implications of the Webster ruling on the transfer market and whilst there hasn't been much said in the press I noticed that there is mention of Ya Ya buying himself out of his Man City contract.
I realise that you may well have many other demands on your time but are you able to share your views and or understanding of what the rules are regarding players buying themselves out of their contracts.
Thanks {Ed002's Note - A few players have taken the opportunity to move under the Webster ruling, but it is a very small number. I am aware of two players, and there are probably more, that have used the ruling as part of their negotiations for new contracts but neither would have gone as far as invoking it and potentially entering in to a protracted legal case which could see them sitting in limbo.}
