have Chelsea considered loaning kdb to leverkusen for schurrle? is it plausible?

(2) I would not hold your breath for a move to England for Lamela but Manchester United were interested before he left River Plate. Manchester City have been looking at him this season and are looking for talks. He has horribly complex ownership issues and would need a work permit - that will perhaps not be as easy to get as some imagine. One other English club were interested but stepped away because of these complexities. (3) Yes.}

If City are going to consider offers for Richards, then we should go for him. He'll be good at both CB and RB. 15m ain't too much for him.
