Yeah I also agree Torres is almost near to his best and i think he can only improve from this...and what we see from the game if he can continue like this than others have to worry...and i feel AVB definitely has a plan of his own...let's hope for the best...i still feel Lampard is no more at his best and we need some good signing for now because we want to win and it's not for the future only but for the present also. Half the job for "Torres the Terrible" is to get into the positions for a strike. He's now doing that. If youre truely blues till you die lay off. Torres showed glimpses of what he can do now that Chelsea finally give him the kind of balls that he can do something with. I am more optimistic after the Man U match than i was before. On another day we could have scored 5/6 goals we just need to be more clinical in front of goal. The squad we have is easily good enough to keep us in contention up until January and maybe one or two additions will give us the extra depth in the squad to be challenging come May. Torres the terrible, yh well done mate some fan you are Scott Parker has become one of the best midfielders in the country since we let him go, there was an opportunity to bring him back in the summer and I'm guessing that no-one told Vilas- Boas about him ? Wilkins would have loved him at Chelsea, a bigger problem than Lamp's has to be Torres the terrible ! If he scored half of what he misses, we would be winning games far more easily. We need to finish to beat the teams at the top, Utd were played off of their own pitch by us, with no end result. Keep believing Blues brothers, Chelsea 'til I die {Ed002's Note - AVB was at Chelsea at the same time as Parker. He knows all about him.} Think that we still need that creative midfield and wing additions and Ivanovich and Terry together means central defense lacks pace? Try Alex and Luiz against Fulham on Wednesday plus all the youngsters
