I see on sky sports it's reporting we have had a bid rejected for Alex Sandro any truth I wonder.

The quote seemed to indicate the rejected bid wasn't the end of the story. I think this one could happen.
Higuain has sent a goodbye video message to Dani Alves too. He said earlier in the week that he wants to play in the EPL before retiring. Picking him up on a free would be great business.

I'm thinking that the move could happen if Sandro is willing to express a desire to move. Without the player's desire it won't happen.

Of course, anitbot, but Marotta himself has already said that in the end the player has the power to decide. If we make a good offer (which I'd like to believe 50-60 million is, especially for a fullback) and Sandro makes it clear he'd like to join us then I think it could happen. It's a big "if" though.
Why would Sandro want to leave Juve for Chelsea? We can easily double his current wages.

He's probably the best leftback in the world right now, absolutely world class. I really like Alonso, but if you've got the chance to get a guy like Sandro then you do just that.
In the CL he hounded Messi and Neymar, they couldn't do anything against him. Top class player, but very unlikely we'll get him.
