I note that on another teams page ed02 has said that psg and Chelsea were in talks on Thursday. Psg have put in an offer for Oscar, but we have told them he is not for sale. There is also mention of the fact that they will not sell Cavani unless they get Oscar. I wonder if it will end up with an Oscar and Cavani swap, or we will stick to our guns.
I hope they don't go for Cavani. IMO Oscar should at least be given this season to prove he can perform consistently.
In that same update Ed said we are interested in Rabiot, but if he were to join chelsea he'd have to go straight out on loan. Because of that fact, we're probably not an option to the player. Seems a shame to me as he probably won't cost that much and he's a huge huge talent. I'd have loved to see him wearing the blue shirt (now I just hope he doesn't join arsenal).
I would bite their arm off if they offered a swap. I would then go and sign isco or reus to replace Oscar. Sell cech, Torres and mikel.
I would also bite their arm off if PSG seriously offered a straight swap.
So would I. Oscar is far too inconsistent, constantly gets eased off the ball and has the shooting capabilities of Torres.
Nice joke guys, I almost believed you guys would take a 27yr old over rated striker over a 22 yr old Brazilian who could easily become one if the best in his position. Almost had me there. Nice.

No way I would take that. Cavani overrated, Oscar underated.
Oscar has not been great since around Christmas that is a long time to be tired as he also got dropped and replaced with Willian because of his poor form. Poor form for that long is not to do with tiredness alone. Cavan is an unbelievable striker and I think he is world class.
Perhaps saying Cavani is overrated, is a little harsh. But I don't think he's world class and I definitely don't think Chelsea needs him now we've got Costa.
Cavani doesn't interest me much. He's older than costa, in my opinion inferior, and would be a very expensive player to not be 100% in the starting xi (David luiz situation). Now if they offered us David Luiz money I would take it and buy a certain Paul pogba while integrating in piazon.
