Apparently that rumour isn't true, some dodgy French newspaper reported it. They offered him a new deal before the Euro's and talks are on-going. I'd love to believe it though, rate him highly!

As Ed002 has explained before, try not to link transfers. i. e. there is most likely no dependancy between Kante (potentially) arriving and Matic and/ or Mikel (potentially) leaving. The two matters would be exclusive of each other.

A long way to go certainly. Just think it helps everyone not just Chelsea but majority of clubs to have a settled side before start of season. What's your view on having the window shut before the first game of each season?

I've got no nonsense Ed. I was just confirming that it's Real that has the financial situation that was all. As I thought already, we seem to be doing a good job on the financial front. But what about the other question. Do you ever see the window changing? Or staying as it is?
